2019復(fù)星【主打星】暑期實習(xí)生項目

復(fù)星今年推出更多類型的校招崗位，通過暑期實習(xí)和星冉培訓(xùn)的機(jī)會，希望能夠吸納和招募更多年輕人才，發(fā)現(xiàn)和培養(yǎng)未來的集團(tuán)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者。

今年的實習(xí)崗位有投資金融，產(chǎn)品營銷，AI科技，復(fù)星會提供為期約2個月的暑期實習(xí)機(jī)會，表現(xiàn)良好者可以優(yōu)先申請今年9月的集團(tuán)星冉項目。

星冉項目將持續(xù)一年。在這一年里，你將收獲許多寶貴的跨專業(yè)知識，在快節(jié)奏的工作環(huán)境中迅速成長。你將拓展自己的金融財務(wù)/智能科技知識，提升市場分析能力，培養(yǎng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和溝通技能。

暑期實習(xí)生職位介紹

1. InvestmentFOSTAR

KeyResponsibilities:

? Assistindealoriginationandanalysisthroughouttheinvestmentprocess.

? Monitormarkettrendsonaglobalscale;collecteconomic/marketingdataandrelevantthird-partyreports,establishinvestmentframeworksetc.

? Investigatecompaniesinbothprivateandpublicsectors;supportourteamsincompletingandsubmittinginvestmentproposals.

? Ensurethecontentqualityofprofessionalmaterials(e.g.financialmodels,valuationanalysis,duediligence,investmentmemorandumsetc.).

? Assistseniorexecutivesandprojectleadersinnegotiationsandtransactionprocesses.

Requirements:

? 2020Bachelor/Mastergraduate.InternshipexperienceininvestmentrelatedfieldsandknowledgeinPrivateEquity,VentureCapital,EquityResearch,InvestmentBankingishighlypreferred.

? Well-organizedself-starterwhoisabletomanageandprioritizearangeoftasks.

? HighproficiencyinbothMandarinandEnglish.

2. AIFOSTAR

KeyResponsibilities:

Responsiblefortheresearchofin-depthlearningalgorithmformedicalimages,improvetheabilityofAIindiseasedetection,segmentationandprediction.

Requirements:

? Bachelor/MasterofComputer/BiomedicalEngineering/MedicalImaging;

? Basicknowledgeofimageprocessingandin-depthlearningtheory;

? Familiarwithtensorflow/keras/pytorchframework,familiarwithPython,havecertainmedicalimagingbasisispreferred;

? Havethekeenobservation,analysisandjudgmentability,havethesenseofresponsibilityanddedication,canefficientlycompletetheannotationtaskarrangedeveryday;

3. MarketingFOSTAR

KeyResponsibilities:

? Assistinanalyzingthedataofmembers’consumption,summarizingmethodologiesandcontinuouslyoptimizingoperationalstrategies;

? Planningmarketingactivitiesformembers,promotingthelandingofexplosiveproducts.

Requirements:

? Bachelordegreeorabove,e-commerce/digitalmarketing related degree,clearlogicthinking,strongdataanalysisandsummaryability;

? Excellentcommunicationandcoordinationskills,beabletomaintaingoodcommunicationandcommunicationwithothersincross-teamcooperation,andcanactivelypromotetheprogressofproject.
