1.主要職責(zé) Main Responsibility

1.Result documentation and compilation of test reports

試驗(yàn)報(bào)到的編制和結(jié)果輸出

2.Preparation and presentation of work results in the development team or at customer

在開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)或在客戶現(xiàn)場準(zhǔn)備和展示試驗(yàn)結(jié)果

3.Support of measurement instrumentation and test benches in the test laboratories

在測試實(shí)驗(yàn)室支持試驗(yàn)儀器和臺架的安裝、調(diào)試

4.Conception and setup of test devices

試驗(yàn)設(shè)備的構(gòu)思和建立

5.Analysis of returned parts and failure analysis

返回零件的分析和失效分析

6.Active contribution to product development and product optimization

有效的促進(jìn)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化

7.Examination of requirements and compilation of test procedures

檢查測試要求和編輯測試程序

8.Undertake tasks assigned by leaders

完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作任務(wù)。

2.上崗條件 Qualification Requirement

最低學(xué)歷 Education background Bachelor degree or above 本科及以上

專業(yè)背景 Requirement for major Mechanical or electronic engineering

機(jī)械或電子工程

知識技能 Knowledge&Skill 1.Substantial knowledge of measurement instrumentation, test engineering and data acquisition and processing

了解測量儀器、試驗(yàn)工程以及數(shù)據(jù)獲取及工藝方面的知識

2.Knowledge about experimental methods (i.e. DoE)

了解實(shí)驗(yàn)方法方面的知識(如：DoE)

3.Know-how about release processes in the automotive industry

了解汽車行業(yè)發(fā)布流程方面的知識

上崗資質(zhì) Certification for job None 不需要

其他要求 Miscellaneous Good English communication skills 良好英語溝通能力

1.Development and design products with Catia V5-SmartTeam

能用Catia V5-Smart Team開發(fā)和設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品

2.Creation of drawings and bill of materials according to Pierburg standards

按照皮爾博格的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)創(chuàng)建圖紙和物料清單

3.Accomplishment of change management ECM

完成ECM變更管理

4.With support of the project manager development (internally and externally)

支持項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理開發(fā)（內(nèi)部和外部）

5.Consideration of critical characteristics in PPAP procedure

在PPAP流程中考慮關(guān)鍵特性

6.Conduction of tolerance calculation and support product FMEA

耐久計(jì)算和支持產(chǎn)品失效模式分析

7.Coordination and monitoring of design related timings

協(xié)調(diào)和監(jiān)控設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)時(shí)間表

8.Undertake tasks assigned by leaders

完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作任務(wù)。

2.上崗條件 Qualification Requirement

最低學(xué)歷 Education background Bachelor degree or above 本科及以上

專業(yè)背景 Requirement for major Mechanical engineering preferable design 機(jī)械工程類優(yōu)先

知識技能 Knowledge&Skill 1.Knowing Catia V5 or other equivalent

了解Catia V5或同類軟件使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)

2.Knowledge about PC-office software

熟悉計(jì)算機(jī)MS辦公軟件知識

上崗資質(zhì) Certification for job None 不需要

其他要求 Miscellaneous Good English communication skills 良好英語溝通能力
