Position: Research Associate
Location: Huangpu District, Shanghai
Responsibilities:
Conduct research to develop thorough understanding of client’s background, positions’ requirements and target industries
Develop search strategy to locate the most suitable candidates, and source candidates from various channels, such as personal and business network, direct sourcing, candidate database and etc.
Approach and phone screen potential candidates, introduce client’s opportunities and discuss with candidates about their career paths to understand their motivations and expectations
Collect and screen CVs of potential candidates, and present shortlisted ones to consultants
Make close communication with candidates to collect market and industry intelligence
Provide administration support to clients, consultants and candidates, such as arranging phone call, face to face interviews and etc.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Science, Technology and Engineering background or overseas exposure is preferred
1-3 years’ work experience, fresh graduates are also considered.
Fluent in English, has excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
Hardworking, can manage multiple projects effectively and deliver result in time
Be confident and self-motivated, independent, and meanwhile be a strong team player
